You'll notice that there are 4 blue pegs on the map. The TOP one is positioned on Seligman, Arizona on Interstate 40, half-way between Kingman and Flagstaff...like we said. The very BOTTOM is on Prescott, Arizona. You're gonna need to use your imagination to draw a line between the top peg and the bottom one. That would represent Williamson Valley Road, which runs all the way from I-40 ( from the Seligman Exit #123) to Prescott. The 2 blue pins below I-40 represent the positions of the 2 parcels of land that are for sale. The one on the LEFT is the 38 acre parcel, and the one on the RIGHT is the 26 acre parcel. BOTH are on the Northern edge of Prescott National Forest as you can see.
