IF YOU’RE COMING FROM THE WEST ON INTERSTATE 40:
This means you’ll be traveling East on I-40 until you reach mile marker #123.  Seligman has two off ramps, and this one is the second one you’ll come to, on the East end of town.  As you come off of the off ramp you will see a Chevron station and a Subway on your right.  Turn right like you’re going to go into them but make another right and keep on going.  You will be on a little frontage road, headed West.  Within a very short distance this road curves and turns into a dirt road, and you are now on Williamson Valley Road heading South.  Pay attention to mileage marker signs as you go .  After you’ve gone approx. 13 miles down Williamson Valley Road you should see mile marker #56.  Proceed on for another 1/4 mile and you should see a dirt road that turns to the right.  This is where we will meet you and guide you in to the land.

I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU PRINT THIS PAGE AND BRING IT WITH YOU.  ALSO, IT'S IMPORTANT THAT YOU CALL US FROM OUT ON THE INTERSTATE NEAR SELIGMAN, BEFORE YOU TURN ONTO WILLIAMSON VALLEY ROAD, SO WE CAN HAVE A HEADS UP THAT YOU'RE GETTING CLOSE.  (THE MAIN REASON WE WANT YOU TO CALL FROM THE INTERSTATE IS THAT CERTAIN CELL PHONE CARRIERS HAVE PROBLEMS WITH SIGNAL ALONG PARTS OF WILLIAMSON VALLEY ROAD, AND YOU MAY NOT BE ABLE TO GET A CALL THROUGH!)  ALSO, DON'T FEEL BAD ABOUT CALLING US IF YOU GET CONFUSED ANYWHERE ALONG THE WAY!  I'M NOT THE WORLD'S BEST DIRECTION GIVER.

IF YOU’RE COMING FROM THE EAST ON INTERSTATE 40:
You will travel West on I-40 until you reach mile marker #123.  This is the first off ramp you will come to for the town of Seligman.  Take that off ramp and then turn left and go under the Interstate.  You should see a Chevron station and a Subway directly ahead.  You will be turning right on a little frontage road that begins right in front of their driveway.  Now you have the same instructions as in the paragraph above.

A SPECIFIC SHORT CUT IF YOU’RE COMING FROM PHOENIX OR ANYWHERE SOUTH OF PRESCOTT:
You will be coming up north on I-17 to mile marker #262, which is the off ramp for Cordes Lakes and Prescott.  This will put you on Arizona state route 69.  Take the off ramp off to the right and follow it as it curves to the left and passes over the Interstate.  You’ll be heading Northwest, towards Prescott.  YOU CERTAINLY DON’T WANT TO GO BY WAY OF FLAGSTAFF AND THEN WEST, BECAUSE THAT’S TAKING YOU BY A MUCH SLOWER ROUTE.  You will go past 3 little towns.... Mayer, Humbolt, and Dewey.  As you're going through Dewey you should see a traffic light on Bradshaw Mountains Road. GO PAST THAT SIGNAL LIGHT, TO THE NEXT SIGNAL LIGHT AND TURN RIGHT THERE. You should see a green sign on the right side of the road that says "FAIN ROAD" and also “to Prescott Airport, Ashfork, I-40 and Highway 89".  Turn right, and  follow that road at least 5-7 miles or so until you come to a traffic light where there is a sign that says “to Ashfork , Highway 89". Turn right there. (MAKE SURE THAT YOU DON'T FOLLOW ANY SIGNS THAT SAY 89A NORTH! IF YOU DO, YOU'LL END UP HEADED TOWARDS JEROME AND SEDONA!  While you're on Fain Road you may see a sign or two that says 89A SOUTH and that's okay.)  Okay, so once you turn right at that traffic light you'll be on Highway 89 North.  Follow that approx. 45 miles, all the way to Ashfork and the junction with I-40.  Go West on I-40 until you come to mile marker 123 and then follow the rest of the directions as written in the paragraph above.
